Hotel Buyuk Hamit

Convenient location, rooms beautifully decorated, staff very helpful with all our requests, especially Ifran and Eren at the front desk. They held our luggages for us after checkout while we went out before our flight. Also very conveniently they provided us with an Istanbulkart which is the card you need for public transport (which naturally you need to return before leaving). We found this very helpful rather than waiting to find out how the system works and they helped us with providing instructions how to top this card up. Breakfast was also good and had a good variety. Lobby and rooms are always clean and tidy.

THE HOTEL IS IN A VERY CENTRAL LOCATION, DISTANCE FROM THE GRAND BAZAAR SULTANAHMET YURUME CLOSE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, METRO TRANSPORTATION, WALKING DISTANCE, CAREFUL STAFF, HELPFUL RECEPTION EROL ARKADAŞ HELPED US A LOT DURING OUR STAY HOTEL AYLECE IS A FACILITY TO STAY IN WE CAN DEFINITELY PREFER IT WHEN I COME.

The Staff are perfect, most of them know english, they are cooperative and helpful whenever you have anything. The breakfast was so delicious… It’s cheap and the location of the hotel is in the center and near all amazing places.

The hotel was so good and all the staff were kind and friendly. Thanks to Mr Erol, He helped, and gave me extra services, Tea, coffee and fruit. I will choose the same Hotel next time.

We were very pleased with the staff, they were very nice and helpful, we were greeted with a smile.
